Terms
- Check-in is after 12.00 on the day of arrival, and check-out by 10.00 on the day of departure.
- If a guest does not vacate the room by 10.00, they are required to pay the price of bed and breakfast.
- An extra bed is added to the room at the guest’s request (subject to availability).
- Board services are provided for a minimum of three nights, otherwise the price is increased by 20%.
- For hotel guests, use of the pool and Spa centre is included in the board price.
- The hotel only recognises reservations confirmed by a 30% advance payment. If a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, they must do so at least 20 days in advance, otherwise the hotel retains the advance.
- If a guest decides to leave earlier than the reservation for which they paid the advance, they must notify the hotel at least 4 days in advance, otherwise they are required to pay 20% of the total value of the unused reservation.
- In the event of market disruptions, inflation or other problems, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices for the unpaid part of the arrangement.
- The price includes city tax (60.00 dinars) and insurance (20.00 dinars – winter / 10.00 dinars – summer period). The city tax for children aged 7 to 15 is 30.00 dinars. Children under 7 do not pay city tax.
- Children aged 4 to 10 sharing a bed pay 50% of the service price, and 70% if they use a separate bed.
- The third or fourth person in an apartment (aged 10 and over) pays 70% of the apartment accommodation price, and persons aged 4-9 pay 50%.
- Physiotherapy services are charged according to a separate price list.
